近年來為提升官兵留營率及募兵意願，政府針對官兵生活設施改善列為重要後勤預算，然而，因規劃設計之過程面臨許多介面上的挑戰，例如主要地區承辦單位，並非實際駐地使用人員，而一個地區指揮單位又下轄數個使用機關，導致設計方成果不盡理想或規劃設計的過程過於冗長，機關推動案件的過程除了時間、預算壓力外，或又可能未確實改善官兵生活，導致投資成效有限。換言之，若能以專業承辦人員及實際使用人員的角度探討近年來規劃設計的過程與成果，了解專業承辦人員的宏觀角度及實際使用單位的需求，了解跨地區的溝通需求困難、統整交集後能減少設計誤差及往來溝通的時間。基此，本研究藉由深度訪談憲兵單位專業工程承辦人員於案件參與過程之經驗

智慧照明之節能實證研究-以白色能源屋為例

國際能源總署(International Energy Agency, IEA) 2018年能源效率市場報告解析；全球能源效率持續提升，能源效率投資並以建築領域為主，建築產業約佔59%，而照明產業約佔14%。落實建築節能是國際提升能源效率及減少碳排放量的重點，而照明的能源效率是重要指標。照明是現代人不可或缺的基本生活需求，良好的室內光環境可以提供一個健康、安全、舒適、節能的室內環境。因應台灣未來建築、AIoT產業與雲端計算的設計整合及需求發展，運用智慧照明設計與調控技術，以達優質生活環境與節能兼顧之目的。透過文獻回顧與探討、依前導研究室內光環境品質指標的成果，建構室內光環境的照明最適

化設計，並進行智慧照明情境模式之能耗實證研究。並依先行「室內光環境品質指標」建構智慧照明的情境控制模式，以光、照明與照明設計的思維，符合可視性、活動性、健康和安全、心情和舒適、社交和溝通及美感等六大面向需求。 實證場域位於白色能源屋(以下簡稱能源屋)內，在台灣北部某校園內，以四個20呎貨櫃建構一住宅單元空間，其電力主要由8 kW太陽光電系統提供，並搭載儲能電池(鋰電池)及電力品質監控系統，以提高電源供應品質與穩定性。並整合：創能(綠能)、儲能、節能等技術的能源管理系統，受限於研究範圍，僅以智慧照明為範疇。並分期建置照明場景及情境模式之設備及控制系統，運用智慧照明設計與控制手法滿足使用者的

生活行為功能及活動需求，並進行照明能耗的量測與分析，除能源屋之光環境進行建構，亦配合能源屋的建築環境能耗設備置換與監測，共同打造智慧綠建築的實證場域。 本研究範圍為室內空間場域；區分為公共空間(指玄關、客廳、用餐/工作區、廚房空間)與私密空間(指通道、盥洗、浴廁空間、臥房空間)等基本生活場域進行場景與情境照明規劃與設計。係針對智慧照明運用照明設計技術及設備與智慧控制系統的置換與監測，建構一智慧照明控制技術的光環境展示空間，並進行LED照明場景及情境模式的能耗實證場域；此部分成果可供日後規畫者與使用者對智慧照明場景或情境模式的選用與系統建置的參考依據。從照明能耗應用對於LED場景或情境模式

較一般節能燈具設備，其節能效益為50%。導入LED照明調光技術，其節能效益更可達73~77%。並得知情境模式較場景模式之節能效益約可再節能11%，再整合傳感器、感應器等設備，其節能效益可更加顯著。
