過分析後，再製作AHP問卷，請20位專家填答。結果為消費者入住前最為重要。以及最終前五名的因子，依權重排序為：入住房況檢查、異常狀況通報與管理、房價訂定與調控、OTA控房、房費尾款收款。希望本研究的結果可以提供給旅宿業在數位轉型議題上之參考！
