廢棄織物 RDF-1~5 物理型態對燃燒效率影響之研究

現今廢棄織物處理大多流向焚化爐進行焚化，根據行政院環保署統計，廢棄織物於2007到2020年從41,367噸增加至78,591噸。廢棄織物因其成分複雜，物理型態各異，在焚化過程中，無法有效完全燃燒，導致有害氣體排放，造成二次空污以及底渣問題，亟須尋求有效之解決辦法，以降低廢棄織物處理之問題。本研究以廢棄織物為原料，並將其分別製作成第1至第5不同物理型態之RDF，探討不同物理型態之廢棄織物RDF對燃燒效率、底渣產量及灼燒減量之影響。本研究之RDF-5添加PE塑膠廢棄物為塑型劑，以廢棄織物與PE塑膠廢棄物不同混摻比例：A(95：5)、B(90：10)、C(85：15)、D(80：20)、E(75

：25)共五組，以固定成型壓力150kg/cm2，及130℃、140℃、150℃三種不同成型溫度進行成型試驗。實驗結果顯示，成型溫度140℃之混摻比例C組成型條件較佳。為減少PE塑膠廢棄物之影響，將RDF-1~4分為未混摻PE塑膠廢棄物及混摻PE塑膠廢棄物(85：15)二組，進行比較。試燒實驗，取固定重量20克之各種不同物理型態之RDF進行試燒，每30秒記錄一次煙氣分析結果。依煙氣(O2、CO、CO2)數值將實驗過程分為四階段，第一階段-成長期：前期點火燃燒時，煙氣數值不穩定；第二階段-全盛期：煙氣數值已穩定，且無明顯波動發生；第三階段-衰退期：從全盛期末端下降至煙氣數值最低點；第四階段-回復

期：煙氣數值從最低點逐漸達環境背景值，等待數值穩定後，一分鐘後結束試燒實驗。混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之影響分析表示，混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4，燃燒效率皆優於未混摻塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4，混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4之底渣產生量分別為3.88g、2.20g、1.93g及1.79g，無混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4之底渣產量分別為7.15g、5.12g、3.75g及2.98g；混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4經燃燒II後之底渣灼燒減量分別為82.1%、72.6%、60.8%及54.1%，無混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4經燃燒後之底渣灼燒減量分別為98.1%、95.0%、88

.7%及77.5%。實驗結果顯示，混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4其底渣產量與經燃燒後之灼燒減量皆比無混摻PE塑膠廢棄物之RDF-1~4少，因此，廢棄織物燃燒過程中，添加適量之PE塑膠廢棄物進行焚化處理，有助於燃燒率之提升及減少底渣產量與灼燒減量。物理型態之影響分析表示，混摻PE(85：15)之RDF-1~5全盛期平均燃燒效率與衰退期燃燒效率差以RDF-5之3.7%為最小差距，底渣產量分別為3.88g、2.20g、1.93g、1.79g及1.32克，經燃燒後之底渣灼燒減量分別為82.1%、72.6%、60.8%、54.1%及12.0%。實驗結果顯示，混摻PE之廢棄織物製成RDF-5之物理型態

，有穩定燃燒、低底渣產量及低灼燒減量之優勢，以利後續焚燒處理，進而降低操作及二次空污處理成本，達到友善環境與永續發展。
