蔬食埃塔棕運用於頭髮脫色劑配方製備與功能性評估

本研究主要目的在探討脫色劑對漂髮色度明度高低與EO阿薩伊抗氧化的可行性,經由研究結果得知調配脫色劑成分比例配方多組變項實驗中,以市售A4較佳,新製備脫色劑B2較佳,變項C8較佳,變項添加EO阿薩伊D3較佳,變項E8脫色度最好。經過退色傷害後檢測實驗數據顯示出越高數據破壞度越強,市售A組以A2脫色明度L*色差ΔE較佳,B組以B2明度L*色差ΔE較佳,纖維破壞力量最大值相對提高傷害,C組以C8明度L*色差ΔE較佳,在過氧化氫濃度%與時間提高,實驗數據顯示出越高數據破壞度越強頭髮越受損,經過實驗數據得知傷害的問題,本實驗在新製備配方中添加EO阿薩伊運用於頭髮脫色劑氧化傷害,找出最佳媒漂改善髮質配方

。在D組以D3較佳,明度L*色差ΔE與破壞度相對提高,E組以不同方式變項實驗,在實驗數據中可以顯示出E4配方與過氧化氫濃度9%時間40分,E8配方與過氧化氫濃度12%時間40分,實驗比較數據顯示出雙氧水濃度的提高與脫色時間增加,在頭髮的脫色明度L*色差ΔE是沒有提高太多,髮質的纖維破壞力量最大值是有提高受損度。配方實驗之評估此實驗測試,真人模特兒頭髮進行實際漂髮脫色,對照E組E3之配方,經過真人頭髮實際配方實驗設計退色後之色度,在本研究所得到的實驗檢測可知,OE阿薩伊配方是具有改善髮質的功能。在過敏與評估安全性測試方面,皮膚經由過敏貼布進行24小時測驗結果,均無發現過敏症狀與無紅腫情形產生,顯

示本實驗配方式安全無慮的。本研究之EO阿薩伊果實因取得不易,若可以自行萃取減少變數,達到實驗更加精準,故未來亦可在抗氧化方面加以研究。
