本研究主要目的在探討脫色劑對漂髮色度明度高低與EO阿薩伊抗氧化的可行性，經由研究結果得知調配脫色劑成分比例配方多組變項實驗中，以市售A4較佳，新製備脫色劑B2較佳，變項C8較佳，變項添加EO阿薩伊D3較佳，變項E8脫色度最好。經過退色傷害後檢測實驗數據顯示出越高數據破壞度越強，市售A組以A2脫色明度L*色差ΔE較佳，B組以B2明度L*色差ΔE較佳，纖維破壞力量最大值相對提高傷害，C組以C8明度L*色差ΔE較佳，在過氧化氫濃度%與時間提高，實驗數據顯示出越高數據破壞度越強頭髮越受損，經過實驗數據得知傷害的問題，本實驗在新製備配方中添加EO阿薩伊運用於頭髮脫色劑氧化傷害，找出最佳媒漂改善髮質配方

。在D組以D3較佳，明度L*色差ΔE與破壞度相對提高，E組以不同方式變項實驗，在實驗數據中可以顯示出E4配方與過氧化氫濃度9%時間40分，E8配方與過氧化氫濃度12%時間40分，實驗比較數據顯示出雙氧水濃度的提高與脫色時間增加，在頭髮的脫色明度L*色差ΔE是沒有提高太多，髮質的纖維破壞力量最大值是有提高受損度。配方實驗之評估此實驗測試，真人模特兒頭髮進行實際漂髮脫色，對照E組E3之配方，經過真人頭髮實際配方實驗設計退色後之色度，在本研究所得到的實驗檢測可知，OE阿薩伊配方是具有改善髮質的功能。在過敏與評估安全性測試方面，皮膚經由過敏貼布進行24小時測驗結果，均無發現過敏症狀與無紅腫情形產生，顯

示本實驗配方式安全無慮的。本研究之EO阿薩伊果實因取得不易，若可以自行萃取減少變數，達到實驗更加精準，故未來亦可在抗氧化方面加以研究。
