本研究旨在探討補充小麥蛋白對於彈力帶訓練老年人功能性體適能和肌少症之影響。以24位65歲以上之老年人為對象,分為小麥蛋白組13名(年齡71.92±5.35歲)與安慰劑組11名(年齡72.64±6.05歲)。小麥蛋白和安慰劑組,進行12週,每次3天,每次60分鐘彈力帶阻力訓練。並於實驗前後進行功能性體適能和肌少症的測量,以做為組內和組間之差異分析。所得數據以單因子共變數分析進行統計,顯著水準訂為α=.05。本研究結果顯示:彈力帶訓練能有效改善老年人的腰臀圍比、椅子坐姿體前彎、30秒肱二頭手臂屈舉、30秒椅子坐立、二分鐘原地抬膝等項目(p< .05);然而,彈力帶訓練對於四肢骨骼肌質量、握力、步

速等肌少症指標未達顯著差異(p> .05)。本研究結論:彈力帶訓練能夠改善老年人功能性體適能,補充小麥蛋白對於彈力帶訓練老年人功能性體適能和肌少症,並沒有加成效果。
