現今傳統製造產業已漸漸邁向機器人來取代人力的趨勢,為了有效提升工廠生產效率,工廠導入了機械手臂來取代人工上下料,減少人力的需求且品質也大幅的提升,再透過無人搬運車進行工作站之間的物料運送,降低人員因運送物料而造成翻倒的風險。本論文研究之目的以ROS(機器人作業系統,Robot Operating System)開發自動路徑規劃機器人,車體電力系統使用12V鋰電池,底盤使用麥克納姆輪(Mecanum wheel)可做到原地多方向移動,路徑規劃機器人搭載激光雷達與視覺鏡頭進行環境掃描建圖功能,並透過SLAM(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping)功能包技術建

構出2D環境地圖,再以AMCL(Adaptive Monte Carlo Localization) 功能包作為導航的功能,可實現機器人在導航中選擇最佳的路徑規劃。本研究設計一套C#人機介面平台來控制機器人,C#人機介面可發佈功能包命令、讀取數據值回傳、下載數據庫資料、控制機器人運動,並可透過人機介面按鈕功能來進行運動控制、建構地圖、運行功能包等選項,最後可使用VNC Viewer遠端監控機器人下達目標位置,實現自動路徑規劃與派車任務系統。
