桌遊活動已被證明可以防止老年癡呆症、認知能力下降和增進社會參與，了解影響桌遊活動高齡者持續行為意圖的因素，有助於後續相關活動的推動和提倡。本研究的目的是探討桌遊活動高齡者知覺利益與態度對持續行為意圖之影響，以雲林縣斗六及虎尾地區之社區據點、樂齡學習中心、老人會、長照Ｃ據點等65歲以上參與桌遊活動之高齡者為研究對象，研究方法採用問卷調查法，抽樣方式為立意取樣，預試樣本共計100份，有效正式問卷共計256份。研究工具包含「個人基本資料」、「桌遊知覺利益量表」、「桌遊態度量表」、「桌遊持續行為意圖量表」等四大部份。資料分析採用SPSS統計軟體進行項目分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、探索性因

素分析、迴歸分析等。研究結果發現：一、不同參與情形之高齡者在桌遊知覺利益上有顯著差異。二、不同參與情形之高齡者在桌遊活動態度上有顯著差異。三、不同參與情形之高齡者在持續行為意圖上有顯著差異。四、桌遊活動高齡者之知覺社交利益、知覺心理利益、知覺生理利益、態度皆能正向預測持續行為意圖。五、桌遊活動高齡者之態度在知覺利益對持續行為意圖的預測上具有顯著的中介效果。知覺利益和態度是持續行為意圖的重要預測因素，並且透過認知利益的信念建立，有助於培養良好的態度，進而影響後續行為意圖。因此，桌遊活動的推動者可多強化參與者對桌遊好處的認知，將有助於提升高齡者的桌遊態度和持續行為。
