中文摘要研究背景隨著網路科技與社群媒體的蓬勃發展，民眾透過網路搜索及社群媒體瀏覽新聞已是生活常態，近年AI語言模型驚人的文字生成能力，假新聞在網路及社群迅速蔓延，尤其COV-19冠狀肺炎流行時期，網路訛傳的假訊息已嚴重影響人們的生活。本研究將透過文字探勘與機器學習技術建立假新聞偵測模型，以某個案內容農場醫療健康類新聞為例，透過研究開發的自動化工具偵測判讀其新聞的可信度，研究成果將建立醫療假新聞查核平台「醫療通」，提供民眾查證健康類新聞，防止不當假訊息散播。研究方法研究透過「TF-IDF」及「Word2Vec」及Google深度學習模型「Bert」自然語言處理方法，利用詞向量產生的文字特徵，我

們透過機器學習訓練並建立假新聞偵測模型，實驗中並比較不同文字探勘及機器學習分類法的採用在各項評估模型指標之效力分析，最後以其中AUC值最高的模型來探討研究個案內容農場新聞的真實性。研究結果研究共蒐集四家查核機構共5,063筆，加上具公信力之康健網站共536筆，其中排除無效、少於200個字及部分錯誤或正確的文章，最後採用之訓練資料為3,523筆，結果以Bert深度學習語言模型設定單層感知器(SLP)的模型效力最高，準確率為87%，F1 Score為0.85，AUC值為0.93，代表模型達到「極佳」的效力；而Bert加入多層感知器(MLP)的模型準確率為85%，F1 Score為0.84，AUC值
