台灣壽險滲透度連續12年蟬聯全球第一，顯示國人喜愛投保人身保險的程度已是全世界皆知，為了維護保戶的服務品質水準，並提供顧客的服務品質與滿意度是很重要的一環。本研究以年滿20歲之保戶為樣本，透過行動網路平台問卷調查，有效問卷回收共計256份，再根據服務品質PZB模型，以瞭解不同受試者對於壽險業者所提供的服務品質，在預期重要度與認知滿意度之間的差距，並運用表現績效分析法-IPA模式來歸類，以提供壽險業者優先改善服務品質項目之參考。經研究發現，保戶對壽險公司所提供的服務品質，在預期重要度皆高於實際滿意度，表示各壽險公司的服務品質皆有改進的空間。另針對IPA分析，找出落在優先加強改善的區塊，為「壽險
