從概念模式探討資訊圖像之互動性評估

隨著科技發達與生活型態的改變，訊息以驚人的速度不斷產出，表現形式也從傳統的靜態發展成互動式的型態，本研究以互動式資訊圖像作為主要標的，透過文獻探討歸納出互動式資訊圖像的概念模式類型，並設計三階段實驗操作來予以檢視，分別為：ㄧ、互動式資訊圖像之概念模式之分類；二：互動式資訊圖像概念模式與互動程度之關聯性；三：資訊圖像之互動程度與性別差異之分析。透過互動式資訊圖像的取樣調查，本研究將現階段互動式資訊圖像的操作概念模式歸納為：引導式、操控導覽式、探索瀏覽式、交談式、及相互搭配的混合式。在運用上以探索式、混合式、引導式三者較多，而交談式與操控導覽式概念模式的比例較為偏低。此外，本研究亦針對互動式資訊
圖像之概念模式與互動程度進行關聯分析之探討，發現互動程度與概念模式間存有顯著的關聯分佈：低互動程度資訊圖像所搭配的概念模式多以引導式為主，中互動程度多集中於混合式與探索瀏覽式、高互動程度則多為交談式與混合式為主。最後，概念模式與性別因素在資訊圖像的互動程度表現上，雖無明顯影響之情況發生，但從實驗中可發現男性族群對於資訊圖像之互動表現的評價較女性族群為高；此外，受測者亦會因互動式資訊圖像之內在動態圖像的感受不同而產生評價差異，故引導式因作品的動態元素豐富，與交談式同樣會帶給使用者較高的互動性感受。

我國隨著國人周休二日旅遊及兩岸直航等因素，帶動起觀光休閒需求的商機日益龐大，遊樂園區及大型百貨商場如雨後春筍般的蔓延與發展，為了更加吸引人潮停留及商業行為，不少遊樂園區及大型百貨商場都設有機械遊樂設施，例如統一夢時代廣場摩天輪、美麗華百樂園摩天輪、劍湖山世界、六福村主題樂園、九族文化村等遊樂園都設有機械遊樂設施。惟世界最高的新加坡摩天觀景輪自2008年3月1日營運以來，於同年發生發生4次故障，日本大阪市萬博紀念公園的雲霄飛車，於2007年5月6日亦發生意外，造成1人死亡34人送醫治療。是我國機械遊樂設備的發展究竟會對未來公共安全產生如何的變化與衝擊，主管機關又要以何種角度去面對未來機械遊樂設
備對公共安全的影響，因此本研究藉由國內外文獻資料與法規收集比較，分析國內機械遊樂設施之管理機制（建築許可、施工管理及使用管理）情形，並調查分析我國之機械遊樂設施之分佈、數量及安全管理等議題加以探討，再彙整內政部營建署歷年督導機械遊樂設施成果資料及經營業者、使用者、維護保養者、安全檢查者、各主管機關等現況遭遇問題，思考如何降低機械遊樂設施意外事故發生，並加強機械遊樂設施減災、整備、應變、復原等工作，研提建議解決對策，共同創造政府、經營者、消費者三贏的契機。
