運動已經成為一種風潮,運動用品之消費也占了民生支出很大之比重。再加上台灣有少子化問題及已成為高齡社會,許多健身房及運動中心開始設計出適合高齡者之運動內容,讓高齡者也可以一同參與運動之行列。讓高齡者可以有更多社會參與,達到活躍老化,讓身心靈皆健康。背後更代表高齡者對於運動裝備之需求也會跟著提升,可想而知運動產業在未來高齡市場中無可限量。所以許多品牌開始以高齡者作為品牌代言人,希望自身品牌形象及廣告可以與高齡者產生連結,形成正面的廣告效果,進而使高齡者願意購買品牌商品或推薦給親朋好友,讓品牌可以順利獲利。 所以本研究欲探討高齡者代言運動裝備之廣告對於高齡消費者的廣告效果,並加入代言人性別、

專業配適、語言態度做為調節變項。本研究利用實驗法,且採用受試者間設計,回收有效問卷共426份。結果發現高齡代言人對於高齡消費者在評估運動用品廣告時會有較好之廣告效果,且選用男性高齡者做為運動裝備代言人時,對於高齡消費者在評估廣告時會有較好之廣告效果。但是代言人的專業配適與廣告標語之語言態度並未有調節之作用。而研究者利用實驗結果可以提出以下建議: 1.運動品牌可以選擇高齡者來做為品牌代言人;2.運動品牌可以選擇男性來作為運動品牌之代言人。

近年來,癌症分子生物學的理解和信息爆炸式增長,將這些信息轉化為患者的護理並將其用於診斷、預防和治療是非常重要的。用於優化與選擇臨床試驗參與者的癌症分子分析科學仍處於起步階段,更多的分子信息是必要的。因此新化合物的鑑定、已知化合物的新用途、新生物標靶因子都可以為研究提供有用的信息並改善臨床效果。多發性骨髓瘤(MM)是漿細胞異常增生的惡性腫瘤,目前仍然沒有完全有效治癒的方法,新治療方法來精進潛在的 MM 療法是有其必要性。1,2,3,4,6-Penta-O-galloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (PGG)是一具有多種抗癌活性的天然多酚。因此本研究欲探討PGG 對 MM 細

胞的抗腫瘤作用。研究結果顯示,PGG能夠抑制MM細胞的生長,使細胞週期停滯和誘發細胞凋亡。而已知MM細胞中MYC 通常是被活化的,抑制MYC的表現會促使MM細胞死亡,本研究發現PGG能夠抑制MYC的RNA和蛋白質表現。此外一項出乎意料之外的研究發現是PGG和萬科(BTZ)同時給予MM細胞,BTZ的抗細胞增生作用會和PGG產生拮抗。這一結果顯示BTZ與某些化學品的合併使用需要特別關注。分子生物標靶因子可作為癌症診斷、預後和有效治療的工具。核因子E2相關因子2 (NRF2) 在多種癌症中是被活化的,大量活化的NRF2會促使癌細胞的增生與抗藥性的產生。在MM中,給予蛋白酶體抑制劑會大量激活NRF2在

骨髓微環境(BM)中,並導致MM的抗藥性。因此我們欲探討NRF2的活化在蛋白酶體抑制劑所造成的MM抗藥性中的角色。研究結果顯示BTZ會誘發MM細胞中NRF2蛋白質和NRF2下游基因mRNA的表現,且NRF2的表現在MM復發的病人相較於初次診斷有MM的病人高。然而NRF2的活化機制和其表現對於病人的治療效果需要更多的研究來探討。目前很少有研究將NRF2做為肝細胞癌(HCC)的潛在預後生物標靶因子,且沒有相關研究顯示HCC病人的預後與NRF2訊息傳遞路徑和 CSC標記因子CD133有所關聯。依據我們對數分析的結果,TAE/TACE後較差的HCC病人其CD133和NRF2的表現呈正相關,而過度表現C
