本研究承襲組織變革觀點,探討開放式創新如何有效地改變組織慣性以創造組織創新與組織績效。本研究係在探討組織慣性對商業模式創新與組織績效的潛在影響,並探討開放式創新是否存在中介效果與影響。本研究建構一個理論模型來探討各潛在變項之間的影響,並透過問卷調查方式來蒐集研究資料。在本研究之觀念性架構中,組織慣性與開放式創新皆為二階(Second-order)潛在變項,其組成包含分別為三個及兩個一階潛在變項:洞察慣性(insight inertia)、行動慣性(action inertia)與心理慣性(psychological inertia)及由外而內開創(outside-in)與由內而外開創(ins
ide-out)。為了釐清各潛在變項之間的關係,本研究利用線性結構方程模型來檢驗本研究理論模型的配適度與研究假說。本研究係以台灣中小企業之製造業為研究對象,並以141位新產品研發人員為資料蒐集對象。SEM的分析結果顯示:開放式創新對組織慣性與商業模式創新及組織績效有顯著中介效果;而商業模式創新對組織績效呈現正向影響。本論文的貢獻在於藉由製造業的實證分析以說明開放式創新在商業模式創新過程中扮演的角色。

隨著 WWW 服務的高度發展,近代的網頁伺服器需要面對各式各樣的使用者。有些使用者會產生惡意的瀏覽行為,例如 flooding 攻擊,造成的結果是,大量的伺服器資原以及頻寬被浪費。在此論文中,提出了一個建構在反向代理伺服器上之偵測方法,偵測潛在的 flooding 攻擊。我們的偵測方法能夠結合優先權佇列之 QoS方法,可提高一般使用者所享受到的服務品質。我們在一高負載的網站進對此方法進行了效能的評估,結果顯示我們的方法能有效的偵測異常來源、分類正常以及異常的流量,且維持相當高的性能。而我們的偵測方法的時肩負雜度呈線性成長,所以此一方法非常適合高負載的網站使用,改善網站服務的效能。
