後測、後測部分:受試者聆聽過音樂後再進行 HRV後測,量化後儲存數據。數據統計及分析:用 SPSS 套裝軟體進行資料分析。再經配對T檢定後對以下10項數據變化之程度進行說明。用心率變異性(HRV)測量,來評估自律神經總活性有顯著性差異。RMSSD、SDNN、TP大幅提升,戰鬥力滿滿,讓學生上課分心次數減少,學生上課更有精神不再打瞌睡;心跳、ST明顯下降學童壓力微幅下降。結果在人工智慧音樂治療後的成效上,達到顯著之效果,讓學童上課更專心聆聽,認真學習之成效。
