本研究目的在建構高雄市國小校長多元型模領導、教師領導、教師組織承諾與學校效能之徑路並驗證其模式。本研究採用問卷調查法,以高雄市公立教師為研究樣本,發出545份,有效樣本為515份,有效樣本回收率達94%。  本研究使用校長多元型模領導量表、教師領導量表、教師組織承諾量表及學校效能量表作為研究工具,所有資料以統計軟體SPSS進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、多變量變異數分析、Parson積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析,並以軟體AMOS進行驗證性分析與徑路分析。據此,以驗證假設。據此,驗證國小校長多元型模領導、教師領導、教師組織承諾與學校效能等潛在變項之因素結構及穩定性,得知國小教師在變項中的現況、

分析不同背景變項的國小教師知覺變項間的差異,以及變項間的相關情形,同時探究變項是否有其預測力,最後驗證此研究建構模式之徑路。本研究之研究結論如下: 一、高雄市國小校長多元型模領導、教師領導、教師組織     承諾與學校效能現況均高於中位數。二、不同背景變項的高雄市國小教師在校長多元型模領    導、教師領導、教師組織承諾與學校效能中部分具有    顯著差異。三、高雄市國小校長多元型模領導、教師領導、教師組織    承諾與學校效能具有顯著正相關。四、高雄市國小校長多元型模領導、教師領導、教師組織    承諾與學校效能具有最佳預測力。五、高雄市國小校長多元型模領導、教師領導、教師組織    承諾與

近年來因少子化、12年國教課程改革、教育環境應具有特色以及家長對教師關切度提高的衝擊之下,教師面臨的壓力日與劇增,其中校長的領導風格是帶領教師達到學校目標的關鍵人物。教師幸福感及教師工作績效都跟校長領導風格有關,在這動盪的教改時期,校長要如何凝聚學校同仁的向心力,激發潛能來提升教師教學熱誠,一同為學校願景發展齊力,達到學校發展目標。故本研究旨在探討臺南市國民小學教師對於校長領導風格、教師幸福感與教師工作績效之現況,及探討不同背景變項之臺南市國小教師知覺校長領導風格差異情形,進一步探究國小校長不同領導風格與教師幸福感及教師工作績效之差異情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以109學年度臺南市國小編制內

教師為研究對象,以分層立意抽樣做法,採總校數的四分之一為樣本學校,共計有效問卷為411份,有效問卷為87%,資料以統計軟體SPSS進行分析,獲得結論如下:一、臺南市公立國小校長領導風格對教師幸福感有正向顯著影響。二、臺南市公立國小校長領導風格對教師工作績效有正向顯著影響。三、教師工作績效對教師幸福感有正向顯著影響。四、教師工作績效在校長領導風格對教師幸福感之影響有部分中介效果。五、臺南市公立國小教師知覺校長領導風格上,因「性別及職務」的不同有顯著差 異。最後根據研究結果,提出各項建議,以供教育行政機關、國小學校校長及未來研究參考。
