本實驗成功合成出N1,N4-雙((2-(2-(2-氨基乙氧基)乙氧基)乙基)氨基甲硫酰)對苯二甲酰胺單體(EOE, N1,N4-bis(2-(2-(2-aminoethoxy)ethoxy)ethyl)-N1,N4-dithioformylterephthalamide) 和 N1,N4-雙((2-氨基乙基)氨基甲硫酰)對苯二甲酰胺單體 (DNH, N1,N4-bis((2-aminoethyl)carbamothioyl)terephthalamide),將其與市售的羧酸單體進行直接聚合,再分析、討論等。單體、高分子的結構及比例由傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)、核磁共振儀(NMR)鑑

定。高分子的金屬螯合性質用原子吸收光譜儀(AA)檢測,高分子螯合之後的結構變化則由傅立葉轉換外線光譜儀(FT-IR)檢測。溶解度部分,高分子能全溶於DMSO、NMP,而高極性溶劑,如:乙醇、水等亦為可溶,且溶解度隨著水溶性基團導入量上升而上升。分子量168000~ 58000 g/ mol ,聚合物分散性指數 ( PDI ) 為 1.36~1.48。對過渡金屬離子Fe2+、Cu2+ 螯合性質部分,高分子對於金屬離子的螯合能力為0.63~0.85 moL Cu2+/ repeat unit moL及0.15~0.36 moL Fe2+/ repeat unit moL,隨著水溶性基團量上升而上升

,但更容易受到pH值的變化影響螯合,在pH值1時,保持在0.5 moL Cu2+/ repeat unit moL以上,而在pH值13時,則是在 0.4 moL Cu2+/ repeat unit moL以上。
