高齡化衍生而來的龐大照護壓力,迫使各界必須積極思考解決方案,以降低高齡化的照護威脅。過去已有許多研究證實運動可作為提升熟齡健康的介入方案,可有效延緩衰弱症與肌少症,進而延後長者邁入失能的時間點,且適用於不同健康階段的長者,最終可達到減少失能後醫療及長照資源的使用。本研究之目的在於透過促進熟齡進行運動訓練並維持運動訓練行為,幫助熟齡族群自發性投入運動訓練,同時提出完整服務模式供未來服務提供者參考,使「銀髮健身俱樂部」能有效複製。本研究以使用者研究資料為基礎,針對「缺乏規律運動」、「運動強度不足」之已退休或屆齡退休之熟齡族群進行服務設計,發展出適用於熟齡族群之運動促進服務,促進其投入運動健身、養

成規律運動習慣。採用深度訪談、參與式觀察、人物誌、雛型設計等方法,以雙鑽石模型為研究框架進行設計。研究發現熟齡在運動訓練的行為特徵,以及五大主要需求包括:(1) 運動觀念建立 (2) 提升訓練安全性 (3) 運動訓練建議 (4) 全齡友善運動場域 (5) 居家訓練方案。最終提出之銀髮健身俱樂部服務模式,服務範圍涵蓋核心訓練課程框架、促進運動投入服務及促進運動維持服務 (BERM護堤模式),發展出相關的設計原則以及未來研究之建議,使熟齡族群在運動訓練上獲得更完整的服務體驗。
